Cayla is an associate on the Family Governance and Education team at Cresset. She graduated cum laude from the University of Washington with a degree in Community, Environment & Planning and a minor in Education, Learning & Society. She became involved with Launch Generation as a participant in 2018 and since then has taken on various leadership positions within the program, including Junior Advisor, Assistant Director, and Co-Director.

Cayla's other professional experiences include coordinating experiential learning opportunities in the School of Public Health at the University of Washington, teaching an undergraduate course at the Univeristy of Washington, running fundraising campaigns for Hillel UW, managing the marketing team for TEDxUofW, interning with EARTHDAY.org, and coaching competitive rock climbing for high schoolers. Outside of work, she loves traveling, baking, and reading, and cannot wait for another summer with Launch Generation.
