Tuition covers pretty much everything! We recommend sending your teen with a bit of pocket money for any incidentals they may need.

We will send a full list of what to bring upon registration, but key items include laptop, casual clothing, one business casual outfit, and one business formal outfit.
  • Who are the mentors?
We have a large network of advisors who are thrilled to act as mentors for the next generation. A final list and bios of the mentors will be finalized one month prior to each program to allow for scheduling of these busy but dedicated mentors.
  • Where are the site visits?
For our summer program, we choose innovative companies that will open up new ways of thinking about business and impact. Exact visits will be finalized in the months leading up to each program, but past programs run by the founders of Launch Generation have included Tesla, Google, GoPro, Sriracha, Red Bull and Planet Labs.
  • What are the hours of the program?
For our overnight programs, we have jam packed days. Sessions begin at 9am and the last sessions generally end at 9pm. For our virtual program, hours will vary. Please check out the virtual brochure and agenda for more information.

For our overnight program we will have 2 hours of free time each afternoon before dinner, but there will be optional activities for those wishing to stay busy. Optional activities will include yoga, meditation, soccer, kickball, basketball, workouts, swimming, and workshops such as college essay prep along with other workshop options that will be finalized a few weeks prior to program start date.
  • What are the qualifications of staff and mentors?
We vet and select a diverse staff for each program to act as role models, catalysts, and educators. We employ an eclectic mix of professionals, entrepreneurs, and creatives of all ages and walks of life to inspire and collaborate with this next generation of leaders. We believe in the power of multi-generational collaboration, and strive to employ staff who are in their first decade of their career, to recently retired professionals. All staff members pass a background check and submit numerous references.
