Launch Generation Summer Staff Member

Spend 1-2 weeks with us and a small group of talented and curious teenagers from around the world and from all walks of life. Act as a mentor, educator, and catalyst for change. Live on campus at prestigious universities and use your expertise, empathy, and experiences to guide the next generation to their "launch", in business and in life. This is a short-term employment opportunity with a competitive stipend and additional perks. Comprehensive pre-program training, on-site support, and ongoing networking opportunities are offered for all staff members. 

 

Requirements

 

4-year degree (completed or in progress) or outstanding work experience

 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

Formal and/or informal financial education

 

Experience working with kids and/or groups preferred

 

Empathy and acceptance of diverse lifestyles and economic situations

 

Sense of humor, curiosity, and interest in ongoing learning

 

Deep knowledge in at least one area of life (from professional expertise to avocational passions)

 

International experience preferred

 

Unique stories to tell and the ability to present information/material in a creative way

 

Desire to make the world a better place, and to help make people’s lives more meaningful

 

Willingness to travel

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Launch Generation Mentor and Advisor

Join the Launch Generation mentor and advisory team and become part of a network of professionals dedicated to helping the next generation launch, in business and in life. Participate for a couple of hours or a couple of days to share your skills with the next generation of leaders. Work with teens from all walks of life and share your experiences and expertise to help guide them into their future. Mentor-ship positions are volunteer-based, but accommodations and unique perks can be offered for outstanding volunteers.
