Designed for 14-18-year-olds, our programs educate and inspire the next generation of leaders. We prepare teenagers for the future while providing them with tangible skills in entrepreneurship, leadership and financial literacy. 

Our summer programs have a maximum of 25 participants and a 1:5 staff to participant ratio to ensure a personalized and unique experience. We select a diverse staff for each program to act as role models, catalysts, and educators.

Teens and staff live in dorms at the University of California, San Diego. Onsite sessions and workshops are held at the UC San Diego, Rady School of Management to create an atmosphere of innovation, professionalism, and creativity. Off-Site field visits include companies such as GoPro, Mission Edge accelerator, and Sriracha.

Tuition is all-inclusive upon arrival; airport pickup and drop-off, accommodations, all meals on and off-site, transportation to field visits, Launch Generation materials and swag, and jam-packed days of life-altering experiences and learning.
